A privately gated yard leads to a circular drive with a grand entrance. Park your car in the shade of a large live oak or pull into the 3-car garage which adjoins the large game room with 8' pool table. Next is the spacious, professional kitchen, separated from the combination Dining and Living “Great Room” with an arched window. The Great Room overlooks the pool and beautiful Lake Roy. Here you might enjoy the Baby Grand Piano, filling the home with sound. We offer high speed Wifi and Security system for your security and convenience. Down the hall to the Master Suite, you’ll enjoy a large custom Steam Room with two Rain-Forest showers, matching wash basins, a Closet Room, a private deck overlooking the lake and private access to the pool area. Off the same hallway the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, one through the walk in closet, one down the hall. Upstairs is also part of the Great room, as it is viewed from above from two spacious loft areas, bridged together over the dining room. Both offer amazing vistas of the lake, pool and front yard. The first loft includes a wet bar, entertainment center and exercise/dance floor and access to the upper-level lanai. Walk across the indoor bridge to a second loft that offers a secluded getaway for reading, office work and a large couch for another place to rest. Also at the top of the stairs are two large guest suites, one with a lake view and open air access to the upper lanai, the other is larger, with a view of the front yard and drive. The deep (9 feet) 18'x36' pool, surrounded by a paved deck area, is open to the stars and the sun. Included is a propane grill and deck chairs. The pool is heated on request ($$) but the sun keeps it comfortable for swimming from April through October. A great destination for fishermen or those with boats, there is an older two bay boat house and dock on the lakefront with a small swim area. About half of our lakefront we leave in its natural state to allow habitat for ducks and ducklings, coots, gallinules, otters, frogs and herons. Boat rentals tend to come and go and are not easy to find but an Internet search may yield results. Parking is plentiful with a circular driveway, a three car garage or, by permission, in the adjacent half acre lot.

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is also lakefront, making it a perfect spot for large groups to travel together. Enjoy your evenings 5 minutes to LEGOLAND, 30 minutes to Disney and 50 minutes to Busch Gardens/Tampa. The home sleeps seven with one king bed, two queen beds, and one twin. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Backyard patio has a dining set and chairs along the pool to enjoy the lakefront views. The driveway can accommodate up to four cars. We welcome pets in our home for a $50 fee. Bring your boat to our beach for fishing, waterskiing and touring the 18 lake chain! Multiple public lake access ramps available nearby. Chain of Lakes pontoon tour companies are available as well, and we're happy to guide you to our favorite ones! We do not allow parties, without exception. Our neighborhood has a strict no noise after 9pm rule. If we receive a complaint about a party or late-night noise, you will be asked to leave and not be given a refund as this violates our house rules. We do not allow extra guests in the home outside of your reservation. We do not allow personal grills. The home is strictly no-smoking. If you violate house rules, you will be escorted off the property. You have the entire home to yourself. Self check-in using a smart lock after 4pm, check out is at 10am. Early check ins (as early as 2pm) and late check outs (as late as noon) can sometimes be accommodated for a $50 fee. The pool and lake are yours to use, but please keep noise levels down as we live in a neighborhood.

Very nice, clean, quiet and peaceful community and area to live in. Primarily a active retirement community with several planned events. The community offers a Club house including game room, movie theater, pool table exercise room, a beautiful pool. Along with a hot tub and tennis court. This specific unit has a private view, high end finishes and is ADA compliant and 9 foot ceilings with lots of natural light. No carpet, only easy to clean porcelain tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes new stainless seal appliances. Very close to Lego land, cypress gardens Blvd, downtown and only 3 miles to Highway 27. Easy access to Tampa and Orlando. The house was built in the 1930's, and has been remodeled and furnished with Art Deco influence. We're 9 minutes to LEGOLAND and 35 to Disney. The house features plenty of toys, books, and games for kids, as well as a fully-fenced back yard. We have a travel pack-and-play crib and high chair, baby shampoo, and dishes for kids. There's a tub for bath time. The toy room has baskets full of toys, a comfy reclining / rocking chair for parents, and a baby gate enclosing the space. The toy room can be supervised from the kitchen or living room. The two masters have king beds, and the kids room has 2 twins. All bedrooms feature memory-foam mattresses with 100% cotton bedding, multiple pillow types, room-darkening curtains, and white noise machines. The front master is located near the kids room, perfect for parents of little ones. For those who prefer more privacy, the back master is located off the living room, and features a 40-inch TV with Netflix, a decorative fireplace, a dimmable chandelier, and a leather recliner chair. The home is professionally cleaned prior to your stay, and we provide plush bath and hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen has pots / pans / utensils needed for basic cooking, as well as plates, glasses, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, etc. There's a Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle, as well as a full-sized fridge / freezer / oven / stove / microwave. Dick Pope, Sr. came here in the 1930s and founded Cypress Gardens, Florida’s first theme park. A decades long ski show became the thrilling centerpiece of Pope’s park. To promote his tropical paradise, Pope plied the media with tens of thousands of images of beautiful young men and women in bathing suits skimming across the water. Pope’s promotions worked, and millions made the trek to Cypress Gardens including Elvis, Betty Grable, King Hussein of Jordan, multiple Miss Americas, and numerous stars of stage and screen. Pope inspired me too. I was recently inducted in the Water Skiing Hall of Fame, and like many before was attracted to the “Water Skiing Capital of the World” all the way from California. It has been a long time dream of mine to retire in Florida near Cypress Gardens to build on Pope’s legacy in towed watersports. We are only here part time, so we are sharing our space with our space with you. In the meantime my wife and I are using this beautiful home as a base of operations to co-produce the Wake-Ski 100, the Centennial Celebration of Towed Watersports in 2022 to be hosted just 15 miles away at the Lake Myrtle Sports complex.
